Thank yoooou~~ I'm really proud of this. ;w; The gold was fun! It's actually some yellow and brown watercolor mixed with metallic white acrylic.
Watercolors are indeed very difficult! But I've found them to be a lot more forgiving than oils or acrylics.
I've only been using them for a couple of weeks now, but I've learned that keeping lots of paper towels, especially damp ones, on hand is the best way to catch mistakes. Also keep lots of test paper around to use every time you dip your brush in paint or water, just to make sure it's not gonna go BLOOOOORRRPP all over everything.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

I love the gold details especially.
You captured a more mature side of Zelda, and i like it because of that.
I'm doing a watercolour painting on canvas atm... and the paint often just pools, which is kinda annoying, but i'm managing. XD
